getcredit.care is currently offered as a beta demonstration tool. Features, data handling practices, and this policy may change as the product develops. By using the site, you acknowledge that you are participating in a pre-release experience.
Information you may provide
When you use this tool, you may enter or upload:
- Personal and household information related to Oklahoma tax filing and caregiving eligibility
- Caregiving expense details, amounts, dates, and notes
- Receipt files (such as PNG, JPEG, or PDF uploads)
- Email address and login credentials if you create an account
- Waitlist or contact information if you choose to share it
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Run the eligibility questionnaire and estimate a potential credit
- Store and organize your expense records and receipts
- Generate your tax packet preview and PDF export
- Associate your saved data with your account when you sign in
- Process test-mode payments when you unlock the PDF export
- Improve the beta product and respond to support requests
How information is stored
Data is stored using third-party services, including Supabase for database and file storage and Stripe for payment processing in test mode. Before creating an account, some information may be tied to an anonymous browser session identifier. After you sign in, new records may also be associated with your user account.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not file taxes on your behalf or represent you before any government agency.
- We do not guarantee that stored data will be retained indefinitely during the beta period.
Your choices
You may choose not to create an account and may use portions of the tool without signing in. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you have questions about your data during the beta, contact us through the channels provided on the site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the beta evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
